Terry Lyons (P.Eng., MBA)
Chairman and Interim CEO
Terry Lyons has run several highly successful mining companies, including Northgate Minerals and its Kemess copper gold porphyry deposit in British Columbia prior to its CAN$ 1.46 billion sale to Aurico Gold.
He is also a director of several public and private corporations, including Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., Martinrea International Inc. and Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd.
Previously, Mr. Lyons was Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management, President and Managing Partner of B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation, and Chairman of Polaris Materials Corporation, Eacom Timber Corporation and Westmin Mining.
Mr. Lyons has also served as Chairman of The Mining Association of British Columbia, a Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (B.C.) and a Governor of the Olympic Foundation of Canada. Mr. Lyons was awarded the INCO Medal by the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for distinguished service to the mining industry.

Rick Pawluk is a business law partner at Calgary-based Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP with over 28 years of experience in corporate and securities law, including initial public offerings, equity and debt financings, public and private mergers, take-over bids, acquisitions and disposition transactions.
He has significant exchange-listing experience including on the TSX, TSXV, NYSE, NASDAQ, London, AIM and Hong Kong. He has led financing and other transactions totaling several billion dollars.
Mr. Pawluk is a leading legal advisor for numerous corporations in the oil and gas, energy, agribusiness, life sciences and biotechnology industries.
Doug Urch (CPA, ICD.D)

Mr. Urch has over 35 years of experience in extractive industries. He was the Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rally Energy Corp.
Mr. Urch is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a designated member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Urch has been a Director of TSXV- and AIM-listed PetroTal since inception and was Chairman of the Board from June 2018 until November 2019.
Previously, Mr. Urch was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. He is also a director of TSXV-listed Blue Moon Metals Inc. and CSE-listed Permex Petroleum Corporation.
Russell Hallbauer (B.Sc. Mining, P.Eng.)

Mr. Hallbauer has been a director, President and CEO of Taseko Mines Limited for more than 17 years. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering in 1979 and is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C.
Mr. Hallbauer has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy since 1975 and is a director and former chairman of the Mining Association of B.C. In 1992, he became General Manager of the Quintette Mine.
In 1995, he was appointed General Manager, Coal Operations, overseeing Teck’s three operating coal mines in B.C. In 2002, he was appointed General Manager, Base Metal Joint Ventures, responsible for Teck’s interests in Highland Valley Copper, Antamina in Peru, and Louvicourt in Quebec.
Mr. Hallbauer is a director of Hunter Dickenson Services Inc. where he focuses on directing corporate development and financing activities.
